Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you and Good Works Theatre Inc. (“Good Works Theatre,” “Store,” “we,” or “us”). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of any of our store websites or mobile applications, including www.valindaactivewear.com, www.goodworkstheatre.com, and www.goodworkstheatreinc.com, valinda.com as well as any content, functionality, and services offered on or through these sites and applications (the “Websites” or “Website”).

By using the Websites, you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms of Use. You must not access or use the Websites if you disagree with these Terms of Use.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your User Contributions and that they comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. User Contributions must not contain defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may remove any User Contributions for any reason. We may also disclose your identity or information to law enforcement if required. You waive and hold harmless the Store from any claims resulting from actions taken during or as a result of investigations.

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable content. We assume no liability for user or third‑party content.

Copyrighted Materials

All materials on the Websites (“Online Material”) are the property of Good Works Theatre, its licensors, or content providers, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Online Materials may not be copied, distributed, displayed, downloaded, or transmitted without prior written permission.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from Website materials.

• Remove copyright or trademark notices.

• Use the Websites for any purpose other than personal, non‑commercial use.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Websites are the property of the Store or third parties. You are prohibited from using any Marks without written permission. You may not link to any Good Works Theatre Inc. website, page, or content without the Store’s prior written permission. The Store has no control over the contents of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Accessing any third‑party website linked from the Websites is entirely at your own risk and subject to that website’s terms and conditions.

We cannot guarantee that files available for download from the Websites will be free of viruses or harmful code.
